It seems that alot of the kids rely heavily on their parents opinions and don't necessarily take the time to learn on their own what the candidates stand for. Viewing the speeches in class would help them understand how hard it can be to make a good choice, and that you can't just vote how your parents do! maybe you should view the speeches in class.
